Tri Duc Food kindly shares some recipes about cooking food with aloe vera, hope this handbook will accompany the modern women to enrich their "little kitchen".

1. Aloe vera mixed with salad

  • 1 bags 500gr Farmview Aloe Vera Jelly
  • Shrimp: 100gr
  • Squid: 100gr
  • Salad: 200gr
  • 1  buld of onion
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 3 shallots
  • Farmview Aloe Vera Jelly: draining water and drying 
  • Shrimp: peeling. Squid: cutting into pieces. Boiling shrimps and squid
  • Onions and shallots are chopped and crushed. Bell pepper are cut into dices
  • How to make: the mixture of 1 teaspoon of minced garlic, ½ teaspoon of pepper, 1 spoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of seasoning, 1 spoon of extracted lemon, 1 teaspoon of cooking oil, 1 teaspoon chili sauce, and stir constantly then.
Use: Mix up salad and instant use.
  • Subsepuently, mix the aloe vera with shrimps, squid, onion, shallot and bell pepper, sprinkle ½ sauce into this mixture, and stir constantly again.
  • To put salad on the dish, and then put the recent mixture of aloe vera onto salad, and sprinkle the rest ½ sauce on this.

2. Aloe vera mixed with vegestables

  • 1 bags 500gr Farmview Aloe Vera Jelly
  • 50 gr shredded carrot 
  • 1 cucumber, shredded
  • 200gr black tiger shrimp, cooked, peeled without tails
  • Roasted sesame
  • Vegestables(basil, cinnamon, laksa,…) chopped
  • Shredded chili
  • Lemon concentrate
  • 4 spoon of sugar
  • 2 spoons of fish sauce
  • Mixed vegestables: Mixing cucumber, carrot with sweet & sour sauce, put vegestables, chili and aloe vera into this mixture. The vegestables with aloe vera should be hand-mixed gently.
  • Dropping the mixture of vegestables into plates, placing black tiger shrimps on this mixture and sprinkle sesame.
  • How to make sauce: Fish sauce and sugar are cooked, then allow it cool. Continue to pour the lemon concentrate into this mix sugar & fish sauce for mixed vegestables.
Use: To serve and instant use.

3. Aloe vera soup

  • 1 bag 500gr Farmview Aloe Vera Jelly
  • Chicken bones 100gr
  • Black tiger shrimp: 100gr
  • 50gr flour
  • 100gr broccoli
  • 1 carrot
  • Salt, sugar, pepper
  • Wash chicken bones, and dipping in boiled water. Then putting chicken bones into 2L, boiled water, and keep low fire until water has gone and shrink 1/2. Picked chicken bones and filter the chicken broth again.
  • Farmview Aloe Vera Jelly: draining water and drying.
Use: To serve, sprinkle pepper and use.
  • Re-boiled the chicken broth, reduce fire, after that drawing flour with little water, stir slowly to make it solid, on slow fire.
  • Put broccoli and carrot into pot and about 15 minutes, then drop shrimp and aloe vera, season with salt and sugar. Keep fire 10 minutes then take the heat off.

4. Beef stir-fred with aloe vera broccoli

  • 150gr beef fillet
  • 1 bag 500gr Farmview Aloe Vera Jelly
  • 150gr broccoli
  • 1 shallot
  • 4 cloves of  garlic
  • 2 coriander
  • 1,5 teaspoon of seasoning
  • 3 teaspoon of soya sauce
  • 1/5 teaspoon of pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • Cooking oil
  • Broccoli has been dipped in boiled water with little salt, take put, immediately soak in cool water to keep green.
  • Heat 1/2 spoon of cooking oil in a pan, fry 1/2 teaspoon of garlic. Stir-fry beef until they're cooked but not burnt and not red, turn off the heat, and ladle out.
  • Heat 2 spoon of cooking oil in a different pan, fry the rest garlic and onion, Drop broccoli and aloe vera into this pan and stir-fry with high fire. Season with seasoning, 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, 2 teaspoons of soya sauce and stir them around 5 minutes more
  • Next, take the cooked beef into pan and stir-fry for 1 minutes more.
  • Garlic and onion are peeled and chopped. Remove coriander roots, wash, drain and chop.
  • Beef cleaning, cut into pieces, garlic scent mixing. After 10 minutes, scent mixing with 1/2 tesspoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of soya sauce and 2/3 spoon of cooking oil.
  • Farmview Aloe Vera Jelly: draining water and drying.
  • Broccoli is separated into small clusters, soaking in salt watery solution, rinse and drain.
Use: To serve, sprinkle some pepper, decorate with coriander. Use hot is better.

5. Chicken with aloe vera and mushroom soup

  • 1 chicken thigh 300gr
  • 1 bag 500gr Farmview Aloe Vera Jelly
  • 100gr fresh mushroom
  • 100gr carrot
  • 1 some of green onion
  • 2 small bowls of chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon of pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar.
  • Cleaning chicken thighs, and cutting into pieces (or shredding, it depends on each person's taste).
  • Farmview Aloe Vera  Jelly: draining water and drying.
  • Peeling carrot, trimmed into flowers and cutting into slices then.
Use: To serve, sprinkle green onion, pepper, and use it with rice.
  • Boil the water and drop chicken thighs into this.
  • When the chicken thighs are nearly cooked, drop carrot, aloe vera, mushrooms, then season by seasoning and salt.

6. Sweet seaweed green bean soup

  • 150gr whole green beans
  • 20gr seaweed
  • 1 bag 500gr Farmview Aloe Vera Jelly
  • 200gr sugar or 300gr rock sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon of salt
  • Green beans are washed, dropping into pot and cooking with 1 to 1,2 liters of water, cooking over by medium heat until boiling, skimming off the foam. (To be soften the green beans you should soak them before cooking from 1 to 2 hours).
  • When green beans cooked, regular open out, dropping sugar to this soup and cooking by low fire.
  • Finnally, returning to the spot, add seaweed and aloe vera to the spot, turn off fire.
  • Seaweed is soaked in water to open out, re-cleaning in lot of water to remove odor, draining then.

Use: Sweet seaweed green bean soup should be better by using cooling with ice. This dish is for those hot summer days.

7. Aloe vera yogurt 

  • 1 bag 500gr Farmview Aloe Vera Jelly.
  • 1 Vinamilk yogurt (or homemade yogurt).
  • Farmview Aloe Vera Jelly: draining water and drying.
  • Mix aloe vera with yogurt, add ice and use it like an refreshment in hot days.

Use: You can mix this yogurt with some fresh fruit to enrich the dish more attrative.
